Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal residential use.

• Structural integrity issues such as joint failure or manufacturing faults within the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear that occurs with regular use over time.

• Physical damage, including cuts, scratches, dents, stains, or breakage due to impacts, accidents, mishandling, or misuse.

• Incorrect usage or assembly, such as damage resulting from improper installation, storage, or use beyond the intended purpose.

• Improper cleaning, including the use of harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or unsuitable cleaning products.

• Environmental exposure, such as fading or discoloration caused by direct sunlight, heat, humidity, or water contact.

• Natural changes in solid wood, including expansion, contraction, or minor cracks due to seasonal climate variations—these are normal characteristics of genuine wood furniture and are not considered defects.

Important Notes

• Warranty is applicable only for furniture used in normal household conditions and not valid for commercial or outdoor use.

• Any warranty claim must be supported with photographic and/or video evidence of the defect, and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging for evaluation and replacement, if applicable.
