This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear that occurs with regular use over time.

• Physical damage, including cuts, scratches, dents, stains, or breakage due to impacts, accidents, mishandling, or misuse.

• Incorrect usage or assembly, such as damage resulting from improper installation, storage, or use beyond the intended purpose.

• Improper cleaning, including the use of harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or unsuitable cleaning products.

• Environmental exposure, such as fading or discoloration caused by direct sunlight, heat, humidity, or water contact.

• Natural changes in solid wood, including expansion, contraction, or minor cracks due to seasonal climate variations—these are normal characteristics of genuine wood furniture and are not considered defects.

Important Notes

• Warranty is applicable only for furniture used in normal household conditions and not valid for commercial or outdoor use.

• Any warranty claim must be supported with photographic and/or video evidence of the defect, and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging for evaluation and replacement, if applicable.

• Regular Dusting: Dust the furniture frequently using a clean, dry cloth to maintain its appearance and finish.

• Gentle Cleaning: Wipe wooden surfaces with a microfiber cloth slightly dampened with a wood-safe cleaner. Immediately dry the surface with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid moisture damage.

• Spill Management: In case of spills, gently blot (do not rub) the area with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using rough materials that may scratch the surface.

• Use Coasters & Mats: Always place coasters or mats under hot, cold, or wet items to protect the wood from heat rings and moisture stains.

• Avoid Moisture: Keep the furniture away from direct contact with water or prolonged exposure to moisture.

• Protect from Sunlight & Heat: Prevent direct exposure to sunlight and heat sources to retain the original color and finish of the wood.

• Prevent Scratches: Keep sharp or abrasive objects away from the furniture to avoid scratches or surface damage.

• Chemical-Free Care: Do not use harsh chemicals, alcohol-based products, or abrasive cleaners as they can damage the natural finish.

• Safe Relocation: When moving the furniture, always lift it instead of dragging to prevent weakening or damaging the joints.
